My Story
Hi, my friends call me Ay, and I'm here to share my passion for helping people simply move better.
After working over a decade in corporate Finance, I stepped away from career-focused work to pursue a more meaningful lifestyle. I realized that although I was working in the non-profit sector, the product of my day-to-day time could be more impactful. I had experienced depression after a major life change, and after taking time off work to heal, I realized I had no desire to return to that atmosphere.
My first thought was to use that newfound time to complete my Yoga teacher training. After receiving my certification, I immediately decided to go back to work full-time in Fitness. I was hired at the most elite private country club in the city, and I took that opportunity to learn from experienced high-performance coaches. I attended many more fitness courses and also became certified as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. I moved on to other private athletic clubs as a group instructor and continued studying anatomy, mobility, muscle activation techniques, and the science of strength and conditioning.

I have worked with some of the city's most successful professionals on their own personal wellness goals, and have been honoured to share my work with professional athletes across many sports. After over ten years now as a fitness coach, I dedicate my time to providing personalized attention to each individual who trains with me. I develop customized programming for each coaching client so they can meet their specific fitness benchmarks and build sustainable wellness. I guide dedicated individuals committed to achieving a balanced, healthy lifestyle at any age.

Namaste,
Ay
