#ComeFlowWithMe on my birthday and take a hike as we enjoy a walking meditation through Scarbough's Vista Trail. 

Living in Toronto has really allowed me to experience the duality of a busy city and the relaxing vibes of nature in the suburbs.  I try to take advantage of these small luxuries as frequently as possible and could not think of a more magical way to spend my birthday.  

I have not yet traversed this trail and would love to experience it for the first time with those closest to me. With an observatory deck within 10 minutes of parking, this trail offers a great hiking experience for beginners and a beautiful view any season.
