About the Event

A walking meditation is an alternative method of meditaion that allows one to actively unify body and mind through movement. This evening hike is a great way to begin your mindfulness practice through trained awareness and focus on your physical surroundings. If you don’t like to sit and close the eyes to meditate, come on a #NIGHTHIKE with me and explore an alternative way to practice yoga.
