Service Description

I will lead you through a personalized yoga session in the comfort of your own space, and provide feedback and added insight to help you move into deeper alignment and restoration with each session. Each practice is specifically sequenced to cultivate comfort while still challenging your capacity to move.

Cancellation Policy

50% of session fee will be charged for cancellations under 24 hour notice.
